As part of the Northern Europe Management team, the HR Director leads the Northern Europe HR team and is accountable for all end-to-end HR-related activities in ten markets: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark (retail only), Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
The role is responsible for creating and driving the people strategy, with a focus on employee retention, engagement, satisfaction, talent development, and best-in-class HR processes.

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:
- Collaborating with the retail and HQ leadership teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies and solutions for engaging, motivating, and retaining employees.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the HR team of nearly 30 people, including Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance and Reward, HR Operations, Internal Communication, and Payroll.
- Delivering on our ambition and plan to significantly improve employee retention:
- Developing and embedding initiatives to attract the right talent with the right mindset and capabilities through diverse channels, leveraging our strong brand.
- Developing and implementing a new onboarding program with seamless induction in close collaboration with the Sales Training team.
- Enhancing leadership capabilities and ensuring sufficient time for people leaders to lead, coach, and develop talent.
- Providing an attractive and competitive Compensation & Benefits package that ensures employees feel valued, recognized, and motivated.
- Ensuring the right organizational setup and blueprint for retail, with a balanced part-time ratio and contract mix, making Pandora a primary focus while ensuring flexibility.
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting the budget for the area of responsibility in close collaboration with Finance.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, other Cluster HRDs, and Global HR Centers of Excellence.

- You have a broad HR generalist background with 10+ years of experience across multiple markets and sites.
- You have gained international experience and have a proven track record of successfully reducing retail attrition, understanding what great HR looks like, and how to run a best-in-class HR team.
- You are customer- and solution-oriented, with a hands-on, pragmatic attitude, embedding new and improved ways for the organization to succeed by leveraging technology and efficient processes.
- Your strong leadership skills foster an environment that encourages and enables the team to build skills and develop their careers.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert and coach to business leaders on all general HR matters, and coach your team in the same.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills, combined with excellent relationship management skills, are essential.
- You have an adaptable communication style that connects equally effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High levels of resilience, tenacity, energy, commitment, and passion are critical.
- You are fluent in English; speaking German is a plus.
- Ideally, you are mobile and open to a career within Pandora globally.
