We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the the implementation of all sales, marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for the hotel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all administrative duties in the sales department, including but not exhaustive, expense reports, database management in SFDC, travel arrangements, sales reports, weekly & monthly activities reports, presentation and contract creation.
• Coordinate and execute hotel events and promotions, including press events, guest events, and special promotions.
  
• Support the sales team in delivering revenue performance against business plan projections (including occupancy, average rate, revenue, RevPAR and market share performance.)
• Manage the hotel's database of contacts, including media contacts, client contacts, and influencer contacts.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives and provide regular reports to the Director of Communications.
• Responsible for all administrative duties in the Communications and Marketing department, including but not exhaustive, expense reports, database management, travel arrangements – flights/accommodations, post-mortem reports, weekly & monthly activities reports.

Rosewood Munich opened in 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
